What is MySports (or MyRace)?
MySports (or MyRace) is a 10 to 20 minute personal video experience for participants of a sports event. When using MySports you will get a personal video of your race recorded by a large number of cameras. The cameras are located along the course of the event. You will probably see them along the way. You can see your race within 36 hours after you have crossed the finish line. Other than your personal video there is also a highlight video of the race included. The race can be shared with your friends via Facebook and Twitter.
What is a "HD streaming video"?
When using the HD streaming video your race video will have an excellent quality! Click on the links below to see HD video and compare it with our standard quality.

What is a "HD download"?
You have seen the video and now you want to show it on TV or store it on your pc and keep it forever. With an HD download you can copy the video to your harddrive.
This is not possible using the HD streaming video. The quality of the downloaded video is excellent (1080p HD format) and better then the HD streaming video.
The HD download also shows more video content than the HD streaming video.
You will get a notification via e-mail once your download is ready. This normally takes 3 to 10 days.
The size of the download can be 2 gigabytes. To play this download smoothly you need an HD TV or an pc that is build in 2005 or later.
How many videos do I get?
Normally there are 15 to 25 videos in a race. See your subscription details for the exact number.
How long does the video experience?
The total video experience lasts 10 to 20 minutes. The HD download is a bit longer.
Where do I find my video?
Via a camera icon in the results of the event or via a special mail. You can also go to mysports.tv the day after the event and find the link here. We make sure you don't miss it!
For how long will the streaming video be on-line?
The video will be on-line for 2 years.
